Creations

Vickie
we
strive
to
provide
you with
high
quality
products.
If
you’re
not
completely
satisfied
with
your
purchase,
you can
return
it to us
under
the
following
conditions:

No
merchandise
may
be
returned
without
prior
authorization
from
customer
service.
Please
contact
us
by
e-mail
to
inquire
about
returns.
- Returns must be in a new condition as determined by
Creations by Vickie.
- Special, Custom Orders, and Close outs are not returnable or refundable.
- Merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) days of invoice and prior
authorization from customer service.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
- Damaged merchandise must be reported within five business days of receipt of the
order.
Due to transit time of the returned item, processing at Creations
by Vickie and individual bank reimbursement policies, refunds may
take up to 60 days from the time the merchandise was received at our location.
Shipping
We ship
all
orders
USPS
(United
States
Postal
Service).
Most
orders
arrive
within
2-3
business
days
from the
time the
order
goes
out.
All
prices
posted
on this
site
include
shipping
and
handling
fees, so
you
won't
see
those
added in
the cart
when you
check
out.
Order
Fulfillment
If you
pay for
your
purchase
with a
credit
card, we
will be
able to
ship
your
order as
soon as
the
credit
card
processing
is
complete.
If you
use
PayPal
to
complete
your
purchase,
we will
ship
your
order as
soon as
your
payment
clears
through
PayPal's
normal
process.
Tax
We do
charge
sales
tax for
purchases
made
within
California.
For
purchases
outside
of
California,
no sales
tax is
charged.

At this
time, we
are only
able to
take
orders
for
standard
items
via
PayPal.
For
Special
Orders,
please
contact
